After he was found guilty of capital murder in 2007 19-year-old Dexter Darnell Johnson was sentenced by a Texas judge to the death penalty. He didn't handle the news very well. Cameras inside the court caught the drama.

The director has asked Robert, who plays the iconic detective Sherlock Holmes in the movie of the same name, to wear a pair of four-inch platforms in his shoes - in a bid to raise him up to co-star Jude Law's level.

Ritchie has ruled that the actor must wear the lifts in every scene he shares with Law, who plays Holmes' sidekick Dr Watson - so that the sleuths are the same height.

A source said, "Rob is stumbling around a lot and cursing Guy over the silly shoes."
